These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 777wx ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "User") who accesses, registers with, or uses the 777wx platform available at 777wx.net and any associated sub-domains, mobile-optimised interfaces, or branded platform extensions (collectively, "the Platform").

By completing the 777wx account registration process, clicking any acceptance checkbox, making a deposit, or otherwise using the Platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform and should not attempt to register an account.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the 777wx Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this agreement and form part of the overall binding agreement between you and 777wx. 777wx reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity from any player at any time, including before processing any withdrawal. Acceptable identification for Pakistani players includes a valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or a valid Pakistani passport. Failure to provide satisfactory identity documents within the timeframe specified by 777wx may result in the suspension or permanent closure of the account.

To access real-money services on the 777wx Platform, you must complete the account registration process in full and accurate detail. By submitting a registration application, you represent and warrant that all information provided is true, current, and complete.

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active account on the 777wx Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Upon detection of duplicate accounts, 777wx reserves the right to close all such accounts immediately and to forfeit any pending withdrawals, bonus balances, and bonus winnings held across those accounts.

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your 777wx Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. You agree to notify 777wx immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. 777wx will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.

All financial transactions on the 777wx Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 777wx supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and standard bank transfer. The availability of specific payment methods may be subject to change without prior notice.

• Deposits must be funded from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per payment method and are displayed in the 777wx cashier at the time of deposit.
• 777wx does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees independently.
• Deposits are credited to your 777wx account balance in real time in most cases. Processing delays caused by the payment provider are outside 777wx's control.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that were previously used to make a deposit on the same account, and only in the same currency (PKR).
• Completed KYC verification is a mandatory prerequisite before any withdrawal request is approved.
• Standard withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day.
• 777wx reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending completion of internal compliance checks, particularly for first-time withdrawals or unusually large amounts.
• Withdrawal requests may be declined if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or bet has been recorded on the account for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 777wx may apply an inactivity fee of PKR 500 per month to inactive accounts following a prior written notice to the registered email address. Players wishing to avoid inactivity fees should log in to their account and make at least one transaction within any rolling twelve-month period.

777wx offers a range of promotional bonuses to Pakistani players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and special event promotions aligned with the cricket calendar (including PSL and international series). Each promotion is governed by individual terms published at the time of the offer.

• Bonuses must be opted into explicitly where an opt-in mechanism is provided. Bonuses are not applied automatically unless specifically stated.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable real money balance.
• Wagering requirements, game contribution rates, minimum odds restrictions, and time limits for each promotion are stated in the individual promotional terms.
• Only one welcome deposit bonus may be claimed per player, per CNIC, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• 777wx reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of exploitation or abuse.
• Bonus balances and real-money balances are held separately in your 777wx account wallet. Real-money balances are used before bonus balances unless stated otherwise.
• Any winnings generated from free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to the wagering requirements stated in that promotion's terms.

All games available on the 777wx Platform — including live casino tables, RNG slots, instant win titles, and sportsbook markets — are governed by individual game rules accessible within each game or market interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall take precedence.

• All cricket and sports bets at 777wx are subject to the odds displayed at the time the bet is accepted and confirmed.
• 777wx reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where the odds were incorrectly displayed due to a technical error, data feed failure, or human error.
• In-play bets are accepted at the risk of the player. Delayed acceptance of in-play bets due to latency is not grounds for cancellation of a bet that has been confirmed.
• Bets on cricket matches subsequently abandoned, postponed, or cancelled without a result will be voided and stakes returned unless a specific rule for that market states otherwise.

• All RNG casino games at 777wx use certified random number generators audited by independent testing laboratories.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game session, 777wx's server-side records of the game state at the time of disconnection will be the authoritative record used to settle the game.
• Malfunction of software or hardware that prevents the correct settlement of a game round will result in that round being voided and stakes returned to the player.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the 777wx Platform. Engaging in any of the following constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to the relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting any other person in registering an account in circumvention of the one-account policy.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or scripts to interact with the Platform in any way.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any poker, casino, or sportsbook context.
• Money laundering or using the 777wx Platform to process, conceal, or legitimise funds derived from illegal activity.
• Match fixing, spot fixing, or placing bets based on inside information relating to sporting events covered in the 777wx sportsbook.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the 777wx Platform's underlying software or security systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive communication with 777wx support staff or other players.
• Making false claims regarding bets, deposits, withdrawals, or any other account transactions for the purpose of obtaining financial benefit.

All content on the 777wx Platform — including but not limited to the 777wx brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, images, data compilations, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of 777wx or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

Your use of the Platform does not grant you any licence or right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 777wx Platform without the express prior written consent of 777wx. Unauthorised reproduction of 777wx branding, game content, or Platform design elements is a breach of intellectual property law and these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777wx, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

777wx does not guarantee that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from technical interruptions. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may temporarily affect access to the Platform. 777wx will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly and to notify players of extended outages where practicable.

Gambling is a form of entertainment that carries inherent financial risk. 777wx does not guarantee any particular outcome from any game, bet, or transaction on the Platform. Players acknowledge that they may lose all funds deposited to their 777wx account and that this risk is accepted at the time of each deposit and each bet.

777wx is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and operates responsible gaming tools as a standard feature of the Platform. You acknowledge that gambling should be treated as a form of entertainment and not as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

Players may access the following responsible gaming tools at any time from the account settings section after 777wx Login:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps on your account.

Any remaining real-money balance at the time of account closure will be withdrawn to your verified payment method subject to standard KYC and withdrawal conditions. Bonus balances at the time of closure will be forfeited.

777wx reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity.
• Detection of duplicate accounts associated with the same individual.
• Failure to provide identity documents within the timeframe specified by 777wx.
• A request from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court of competent jurisdiction.

In cases of closure by 777wx due to a breach of these Terms, 777wx reserves the right to withhold any balance — including deposited funds — pending the outcome of any investigation. Where funds are determined to be proceeds of fraud or money laundering, 777wx will not return those funds and will report the matter to the relevant authorities.

777wx reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 777wx will publish the revised Terms on the Platform and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Where required under the terms of the operating licence, 777wx will provide advance notice of significant changes via the registered email address on your account.

Your continued use of the 777wx Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and request account closure if you wish to withdraw any remaining balance.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777wx holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall first be referred to 777wx customer support for resolution at the first instance.

If a dispute cannot be resolved by direct negotiation with 777wx support, you may escalate the matter to the dispute resolution body designated under the terms of the 777wx operating licence. Details of the applicable dispute resolution mechanism are available upon request from 777wx support.

Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law in your own jurisdiction. Players in Pakistan should note that 777wx does not submit to the jurisdiction of Pakistani civil courts for matters arising under these Terms, except where required by applicable international law.
